How do I add content?

Log into your account here: www.floridastockpics.com/contributor-dashboard/

Click on “Add Content”.

Add a title and description for your content. We suggest including the image/video dimensions and format in the description, so our customers know what they are receiving.

Choose the appropriate category(ies) and tags. If you feel there is a Florida landmark, animal or other Florida related tag missing, please send us an email and request an addition.

Add the appropriate compressed image/video (in zip format) in the upload field. Zip files are protected by default.

Add a Featured Image (no larger than 800px wide).

Add the appropriate release(s), if applicable.

Click submit. Your content will be sent to FloridaStockPics for approval. You will receive an email upon approval.

You will now see a content file number at the top of the content information. You can submit changes to the file at this time, return to your dashboard, or click add content to continue adding files.

What file size and formats are allowed?

We accept images in JPEG, TIFF (without layers) and PNG formats, all with sRGB color profile. We accept videos in MP4, MOV, and WAV formats. All downloadable content should be saved and submitted as a zip file.

All downloadable images must be at least 1 MP (megapixel) and set at highest quality settings to produce an acceptable file dimension for submission to FloridaStockPics. Megapixels (MP) are different from megabytes (MB), as they refer to the dimensions and not the file size. To calculate your megapixels, multiply the X (width) by the Y (height) of your image.
Your Featured Image will display at a maximum width of 800px.

The maximum file size for all file formats is 50 MB.

What documentation is required when submitting photos and videos?

If your image or video contains a person or recognizable structure, automobile, watercraft, or other property, then the appropriate release is required to be included at the time of upload. We have blank releases available to download for your convenience.

How does FloridaStockPics safeguard my files against illegal download?

As a precaution, FloridaStockPics puts a watermark on all image thumbnails and previews.  In addition, right-click features have been disabled on the site. FloridaStockPics does not guarantee protections against illegal downloads or usage.

What commission will I receive?

All contributors of FloridaStockPics receive 40% commission. The amount that you earn from each download is a percentage of the price paid by the customer for that license. If the download is part of a bundle or subscription, commission will be determined based on the original cost of the bundle or subscription, and split between all the Contributors whose products were downloaded by the customer.

When and how will I receive my commission?

All commissions are processed at the end of each month and sent via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account email establish in your account settings to receive commissions. Back commissions will not be paid due to failure on your part to include this information in your account.
